Getting started with Cue
Create your workspace and run the setup wizard: studio details, hours, branding, your first room and payments.
Cue is where your studio runs: rooms, bookings, customers, messages and payments. Send and Frame plug into it, so set Cue up first. The setup wizard takes about twenty minutes.
Create your account
- Go to getconsole.app and choose Start free trial.
- On Create your account, enter your business name, the booking page address you want, your email and a password.
- Tick the Terms box, choose Create account, then confirm your email from the message we send.
You start on a 14-day trial of Pro, with Cue, Send and Frame all switched on. No card is needed.
Run the setup wizard
The wizard opens the first time you sign in. Work through each step:
- Studio basics: your studio's name and address.
- Opening hours: set Monday, then Use Monday's hours every day if they are the same all week.
- Branding: your logo and colours, used on your booking page and emails.
- First room: the room name, price per hour, how many people fit, and a photo if you have one.
- Payments: connect Square or Stripe. See Connecting Square.
- Booking page: check how it looks to customers.
- Finish: your booking page is live.
If you leave the wizard early, the Overview shows Finish setup with how many steps are done. Pick up where you left off from there.
Add more rooms
Add the rest of your rooms from Rooms in the sidebar. Starter includes 3 rooms, Studio 10, and Pro has no limit.
Invite your team
Click the Console tile at the foot of the sidebar and open Team to add the people who run sessions or answer messages. Each person gets their own login. Starter includes 2 logins, Studio 10, and Pro has no limit.
What to do next
- Connect Square if you skipped the payments step.
